What is the Church of Christ?
We are Christians. We do not believe in wearing man-made names or titles as an individual, nor as a church. We believe in the inspiration of the whole Bible, yet since Christ died and thus established guidelines in His new will; we look only to the New Testament (Will) for our rule of faith and practice. We also maintain that one must hear God's word, have faith, repent, confess Christ, be immersed in water, and remain faithful to God as conditions of salvation. We believe that Christ built only one church, His church, and purchased it with His own blood. This church was established on the Day of Pentecost after the resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ.
We regard Christ as the ONLY Founder, Head and Savior of the church. Therefore, we do not need an earthly headquarters guilded by the will of men. Our headship is Jesus , and He is in Heaven.
If you love truth; if you want to obey the gospel; if you desire to be in the church of the New Testament; if you desire to serve God in spirit and truth, by not adding or subtracting to His word; if you truly love Jesus Christ, and want to go to Heaven, we welcome you to come.
