- It Glorifies God
Jehovah is always looking for the generation "the remant" that know, love and serve Him. In a time when most studies show that denominational church attendance is down among youth from age 18 to 22, churches of Christ are experiencing growth with this age group. Acts 6:7
- Promotes Spiritual Growth
The ministry at the East Point church of Christ is growing. Each week many people come together to study the Bible. Some attend services online and others in person. The Bible still says that "Faith comes for hearing and that by the word of God" Romans 10:17. We invite you to study the Bible.
THE MINISTRY
Benevolence
One area of ministry is to serve our fellow man. The Bible tells us to "do good unto all men, especially to those who are in the house of faith.
Galatians 6:10
Evangelism
Yeshua (Jesus) commands His disciples to "go into the world and make disciples baptizing them ....teaching them to observe all that He commands" Matthew 28:19-20
Edification
We are to encourage and build up the saints of God through activities center on Bible teaching, love and Christian support.
Ephesians 4:16

I serve as the new leader of the Campus Ministry at Georgia State University. I follow in some pretty big shoes of those who came before me. Join us on Monday nights at 7 pm in the GSU Student Center for an awesome study of God's word.
